2. Accurately adapt to the structural design of LG855
Customized dimensions: Designed based on the three-dimensional data of the LG855 loader hinge point, with key dimensions (such as shaft diameter of Φ 70mm ± 0.01mm, effective length of 420mm ± 0.05mm) having a tolerance of ≤ 0.02% from the original factory drawing. Suitable for bucket and boom hinge holes, with clearance controlled between 0.06-0.1mm to ensure zero shaking.
Oil passage optimization: The axial oil passage diameter is 6mm, with 6 radial oil outlet holes (2.5mm) at the end. When adding butter, a 360 ° annular lubricating film is formed, which improves lubrication efficiency by 50% compared to traditional designs and reduces dry friction wear.
