1. Materials and Wear Resistance
Composite wear-resistant materials:
The outer layer adopts high-strength low-carbon steel (such as Q235A) as the supporting skeleton, and the inner layer is sintered with copper based alloy (ZCuSn10Pb1) or polymer composite material (PTFE+bronze powder), with a friction coefficient of ≤ 0.12 and excellent self-lubricating performance.
The copper alloy liner has undergone solid solution aging treatment, with a hardness of HB200-250 and a wear-resistant layer thickness of ≥ 2mm. It can withstand surface contact pressure of over 200MPa and is suitable for heavy-duty excavation conditions.
Self lubrication design:
The lining material contains solid lubricants (such as molybdenum disulfide), which do not require frequent oiling and extend the maintenance cycle to 800 hours (traditional lining requires maintenance every 400 hours).

Dimensional tolerance control:
Inner diameter tolerance: H7 (e.g. inner diameter tolerance of 50mm+0.025mm), with a fit clearance controlled between 0.03-0.08mm and the pin shaft to ensure low vibration operation;
Outer diameter tolerance: js6, with an interference fit accuracy of ≤ 0.01mm with the installation hole to prevent the liner from loosening and falling off.
Surface treatment:
The surface of the steel back is treated with phosphating (film thickness of 5-8 μ m) to enhance the adhesion with the installation holes; The surface of the copper alloy lining is machined with spiral oil grooves (pitch 12mm), which increases the oil storage capacity by 30% and evenly distributes lubricating grease.
