This type of steel has high strength, high wear resistance, and fatigue resistance, and can withstand the impact load and friction generated by excavator buckets during heavy excavation and handling, significantly extending their service life.
Accurate size control: The specification of 110 × 130 × 110mm usually refers to the inner diameter × outer diameter × length (specific definition needs to be confirmed with the equipment manual). Through precision machining (such as CNC turning, grinding), the tolerance is controlled within ± 0.02mm, and it achieves clearance fit with excavator bucket pins, ear plates and other components (usually H7/g6 or similar standards) to avoid abnormal wear or vibration caused by loose installation.
