Tolerance control: The inner and outer diameter tolerances are ≤± 0.02mm, and the cylindricity error is ≤ 0.01mm, ensuring that the clearance fit with the pin shaft meets the Liugong standard (usually 0.08-0.12mm), reducing additional load and abnormal wear on the hydraulic system.
Installation adaptation: The two end stop steps (2-5mm) are precisely matched with the positioning groove of the Liugong hinge seat to prevent axial movement of the liner; Reserved grease fitting installation hole, compatible with LiuGong's original lubrication system.
