  • Wear and impact resistance performance:

    The surface of the shaft is treated with carburizing and quenching, with a hardened layer depth of 1.5-2.0mm. Its wear resistance is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, and it can withstand high-frequency impact loads during bucket loading and unloading (such as gravel, concrete blocks, etc.).

  • Mechanical structure optimization:

    The transition between the shaft shoulder and the shaft body adopts a rounded chamfer design (R5-R8) to eliminate stress concentration points. After finite element analysis verification, the fatigue life is ≥ 100000 cycles of load.

  • Adaptive design:

    The size strictly matches the bucket hinge point structure of the LG855N loader, with an installation hole tolerance of ≤ 0.15mm, and the original parts can be directly replaced without additional processing.

  • Performance parameters of pin shaft material

  1. 42CrMo alloy structural steel

    The tensile strength is not less than 1080MPa, the impact absorption energy is ≥ 60J, the hardness after surface quenching reaches HRC48-52, and the depth of the hardened layer is 1.5-2mm. It is suitable for heavy-duty mining conditions and can withstand loads of over 100kN.

  2. 45 # quenched and tempered steel

    Tensile strength ≥ 600MPa, hardness HRC28-32 after quenching and tempering treatment, cost about two-thirds lower than 42CrMo, suitable for medium load scenarios such as earthworks, but regular lubrication is required to reduce wear.

  3. 316L stainless steel

    Tensile strength ≥ 520MPa, excellent corrosion resistance, salt spray test can withstand more than 1000 hours, suitable for humid environments such as ports and coastal areas, and resistant to chloride ion concentration ≤ 5000ppm.

  4. 35CrMo high-strength steel

    Tensile strength ≥ 980MPa, impact absorption energy ≥ 47J in -40 ℃ environment, outstanding low-temperature toughness, can avoid cold brittle fracture of components in extremely cold areas, suitable for operating scenarios below -30 ℃.
