1. Precise adaptation to LG953 loader
Customized size standards: Based on the articulated structure design of the bucket and boom of the LongGong LG953 loader, the parameters such as shaft diameter, length, and shoulder spacing are strictly matched with the original factory technical drawings (such as the common specification of shaft diameter is Φ 50- Φ 80mm, and the length can reach 200-500mm depending on the model), ensuring that the fit clearance with the articulated hole and liner is ≤ 0.1mm, avoiding shaking or abnormal wear caused by installation deviation.
Interface compatibility: The two ends of the pin shaft are designed with standard retaining ring grooves and grease fitting installation holes (diameter Φ 6- Φ 8mm), which are compatible with the LG953 original lubrication system and support regular grease filling to reduce friction resistance.
2. High strength materials and mechanical properties
Material selection: 42CrMo alloy structural steel (carbon content 0.38% -0.45%, total Cr and Mo alloy element content ≥ 1.5%) is used. After quenching and tempering treatment, the tensile strength is ≥ 1050MPa, the yield strength is ≥ 850MPa, and the impact absorption energy is ≥ 60J. It can withstand the huge impact load of the loader when shoveling materials (such as the self weight of the full load bucket+material weight can reach 10-15 tons).
Dynamic load capacity: After 1 million fatigue tests (simulating frequent lifting and flipping of the bucket), there was no significant plastic deformation of the pin shaft, meeting the high-strength requirements of the loader for 8-10 hours of daily operation.
